Mr. Umang Shankar, brings over two decades of litigation experience across the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, and Appellate Authority for Electricity. His practice spans land acquisition, rent control, service, motor vehicle, contempt, and NDPS matters. He is adept in drafting complex pleadings and has served as an Executive Member of the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) from August 2010 to August 2013 and has been associated as an Advisor & Consultant to CRACR & PD. He was formerly empanelled with the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) and has also been on the Delhi University panel and is a mediator on the panel of supreme court mediation cell.
